New development on SW corner of 28th and Park

Hi all, Looks like they're in the process of tearing down another building alongside the car park to build a new condo block on this lot, at least that's what I'd heard. Does anyone know any details for the project? How high it might be, developer, etc please? Many thanks in advance.

Thanks. Interesting that the article says it's to be 40 stories high as, I believe, the Gansevoort one block up was meant to be a lot higher but apparently there is a crack in the granite and they had to cut the height down. It would make some sense as it seems odd to me to build the hotel like that and have the roof deck so low, either that or they had some trouble with financing etc.
