Lot 58 Lofts: from $481k to $237k

I was browsing through recent closings in Bklyn and came across this one: At Lot 58 Lofts in Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy, unit 2F, which is a 1,111-sf loft that sold for $481k last March just changed hands again two weeks ago for $237k. It works out to $213 per sf. The units look pretty nice although too modern for my taste, and the location looks decent (although certainly not prime). They have 3 larger units listed for sale, each with about 1,500 sf. If they sell those at the same price per sf, they will move them for about $320k each. The listing prices are closer to a million, though.
