Absolutely disclose it.
Maybe someone else can comment on if this is a good idea or not from the board point of view. When they look at your 401k (w/o) the loan the board will know if you needed a loan you could get it. They may view that amount as an emergency loan and not the way to have the required mortgage and maint. So maybe they want to see 2 years but the loan value of the 401k.
