Where are all of the foreclosures in PRIME Manhattan that stve & Co. predicted? I am still waiting.

is staten island prime? 2 minute walk to ferry SI, not tottenville, nj side SI

Staten Island sucks. The ferry sucks.

The only reason to live in Staten Island is if you work there and you are also a guido.

They'll turn up in the NY Law Journal legal notices. Mostly condos, but the occasional co-op. There was one this week in the east 50s, IIRC.
