Where does it stand these days? Has it been restructured? Did they roll back the rents? Just curious, I haven't read about it in a while.

Full of pensioners and people who just graduated college who need to put up a wall so they can split the rent.

Kind of a bifurcated communicty as Jim Homes suggests. Elderly plus college kids / early 20s for the rest. Not much in the middle.
