Discussion about 350 East 77th Street #6A
1 minute ago ignore this person report abuse Any one interested in this building.., do your self a favor, and check out the VUDO lounge thing around the corner on a Thursday/Friday/Saturday evening, it's a red carpet private club disaster. Pass by at 4AM when it closes or any time in the early morning hours, people outside yelling/screaming and making all sorts of noises, the police often have been called. I'm sure this is the reason this building hires evening security guards, VUDU is located on first avenue between 77/78 Streets right around the corner, all the apartments in this location and similar buildings are troubled with this thing, don't take my word check it out yourself, let the buyer beware, that's the purpose of this open forum, take note StreetEasy !!

Oh, for goodness sake. If it's important enough to spam the board about, isn't it at least important enough to type out a new message each time? I mean, you copy-pasted it so lazily that you even included the "ignore this person" bit...

Look, whatever weird beef you've got against this place...take it to Yelp. Spamming a real estate board is totally pointless.

for all you blogging people who think you know it all, kindly go to this weeks www.ourtownny.com and READ, under East side news, 'GOTTA DANCE?" article, assuming you can read, the article about the VUDU LOUNGE disaster, all the State Senators, State Assemblymen and City Council members who like me have been trying to shut it down, if you buy real estate within blocks of this thing, wear bullet proof vests when you pass it, Streeteasy I've been trying to warn potential buyers in the neighborhood, do you have a conflict of interest when it comes to the truth? or do you listen to the NYC broker community who only wants to make the next sale, and are no different than shoe salesmen...................it's NOW open again to terrorize the entire community
LET THE BUYERS BEWARE

So put a sandwich board and walk up and down 1st Avenue. Wear a chicken costume under it if that gets you off. Just stop disturbing the peace here at SE.

tee bag man-- is your beef against the building or the club? It sounds like you have a problem with the club-- and if so, why torture the apartment owners who are merely trying to sell their places? That will get you what? It will certainly not shut the club down. Advice: don't wear sneakers next time and maybe you will get in... Heck, if I lived there I would sue you for tortious interference of business.

To all you Teeman haters, he is correct 100% about the VUDU lounge and the area. Why he keeps blogging about it is bewildering! I know first hand that brokers will not divulge anything negative about a property in order to make a sale. As far as I am concerned all brokers are "sleezbags". The area surrounding the VUDU lounge is filthy, and having to pass by this area nearly every evening I can attest for the fact that the clientele attempting to get into this so-called lounge are quite entertaining (if one does not live in the area).

Kapt54-I don't respond to low life bloggers, and alanhart your included, but you humor me so I'm compelled, but I hope neither of you are attorney's because you don't have any idea about the law of the land, you must be brokers of sorts or connected to the NYC real estate world, because it's populated with people who couldn't make a real living doing much else other than selling real estate of shoes......
continue with your careers, such as they may be, you won't hear from me again, I don't want to dirty my hands with the likes of you all....
best on continued success

Teeman is the problem the club? If yes are you sending out these warnings for other buildings too. Or is this a vendetta?

About a year ago, Teeman posted that the coop board had rejected him, even though he was an all-cash buyer with sterling financials. By the end of that thread, some astute posters guessed personality flaws had sunk his application. It seems the board had made the right decision, because he's been foaming at the mouth for 12 months solid.

So that jerk-off's grand plan is to try and squash every sale from that building...forever...what a genius

He is right, this area is a mess because of pubs and subway construction as well!
