Discussion about 99 Reade Street #3F
What is the story here? This was re-listed by the same broker. Something quite fishy about the listing ... Is the owner serious about selling? And is the broker really a qualified broker? More questions than answers.

What's fishy?
I want a lot for this studio.
I want a real lot for this studio and don't waste my time with comps and facts.
I dropped my price so get over here and kiss my ass and pay me cash.
Not fishy, just an overly optimistic fisherman.

When the broker's only listings, past and present, are for the same seller, something seems fishy (and greedy/overly optimistic of course).

Yeah, you'd think after 400+ days on the market they'd just skip it. But since it doesn't cost them anything to list, they can just play 'go fish' with idiots who don't do their homework.
