If these floorplans are drawn to scale, they are certainly shy a few hundred feet from the stated square footage. Any buyer should measure for themselves. There seems to be significant inflation of the figures.

My favorite here is the terrace. It measures 30' 1" by 14' and is listed on the Corcoran floorplan as 601 square feet. That's new math if I've ever seen new math before.
