The plaza overall seemed to be a major disappointment in construction, and the penthouses had particular problems... they were built as the *worst* apartments and had issues like low ceilings. Take a look at the picture, seems to demonstrate that.

Some super strange ceilings, too, for $37.5MM. Personally, I think the master bath looks like a mausoleum.

I dunno, I like the ceilings & general quirkiness. I think they did well with the space. Don't get me wrong, I don't like it for $37.5M, but I like it.

if i had it i'd buy it although they'ed have to do something about the horse pukey smell
