Does anyone happen to know to ceiling height on this apt and the PH above it?

The plans filed with the city show 12'11" slab-to-slab, so figure 12'. The floor above is a few feet more.

But who amongst all the SEers can predict the prices of nyc in 1,3,5,10 yrs? Who who who ?

Me, $500psf. Even 13 foot floor plates.... Flmaozzz
