We saw the apartment a few years ago. Strange layout, holes in the floor ("floor traps" with lift-up doors, due to some sort of bizarre restrictive architectural snafu) that make the window half above floor level, half below, inability to regulate HVAC within your own unit (yet you still have to pay for it), and an overall cheesy feeling.

Lots of stairs (entry to the building, and within the unit itself).

Nice outdoor space, that's the selling point. Too bad you can only use outdoor space half the year.
