Discussion about 91 Central Park West #13/14C
You must be kidding. They bought 13C 3BR for $2.55M hoping to make a killing by combining it with 14C. Even sold separastely the apartments are way over priced. And 14C is only 2BR but they want the same amount they paid for the 3BR 13C. There's a sucker born every day.

Look at 9 B and 10B in the San Remo. The last sale in the B line was 7B, estate condition at the top of the market in 2007, for $2.7M.
10B is now asking $4.5M which I kind of get if i squint my eyes, yet the humorous stretch is the right to buy 9B with10B,(ie not even legally combined yet) they wanted $15M. It is not listed anymore, however still being presented to people.
