Can someone currently living in The Powerhouse, LIC tell me with if the development and construction for Hunters Point South is causing any noise issue during the weekdays. Especially if you are on the 2nd Street side (facing Manhattan). Thanks

I thought it was very clever for 6 a.m.
In fact, on Monday, just back from Florence & Venice, I choo-chooed past the Ariel Lofts on my LIRR trip back into town. Just the thought of having a diesel train idling under my bedroom window made me long for the Halcyon Days of LICC real estate.
