need help just as my name implies. found a gorgeous 2 bed 2 full bath w 2 balconies & top of the line evrything in a small intimate & beautifully maintained building. listing price in 2008 was 925k. another unit on the floor above sold for 785k a few weeks ago. that unit is the penthouse & is also about 50 sq feet bigger. the unit for sale was priced (after being rented for a few years ) at 725k & was reduced to 695k. i am in negotiations right now & the seller is firm on 675k w a 30k indoor parking spot included. i believe its a good deal since it works out to about 500$ per sq foot. its a block from a major subway. its more than i wanted to spend but its also the first place that i truly love & that parking spot is sounding better & better. please if you know anything about this area & have any info id appreciate it.

If you're really interested in this property, you shouldn't have posted such specific information - might actually wind up generating interest from other buyers.

I found it, but won't show away and post. Heading down Gates to the east was pretty crummy a few years ago, but no big deal. This place is in the historic district, I think.
