5,495 listings with Open Houses this weekend. Might not have the time to see them all given the fire and brimstone that will most likely make traffic a bitch. Bring sunglasses!

3,229 manhattan. Open houses. It's gonna be financial rapture if it don't sell by september..... Just picture 3228 of your corner competitors doing the nasty for 20% off. The fall special if you will bf It starts to get cold.
