yikes, does anyone else think this is ridiculously over priced? who does this seller think he/she is? News flash the building across the street is selling two bedrooms starting at $600k where is the justification? I dont see it at all. Good luck grossly overpriced property

i agree r they insane???never gonna happen. wholl pay over 600k for a 800 sq foot 1 bedroom when u can get a much bigger 2 bed 2 bath for same? ooo i get it ...the marble in the bathroom. now i c why they r asking stoopid money for them.
