doesn't look like it, sold to a trust with an attorney based in LA, so i'm thinking that west coast actor/musician sort of angle.

i'm not often surprised by pricing any more, but this one managed to do so.

Ah, makes a little more sense. She bought the $$$ piece from her hairdresser, probably. The spread looks familiar - there was a recent home decor article featuring this apt.
