Holy. Mary. 5B sells for 830k -- 1.3m has epic failure all over it. whats the consensus on this building in the broker community?

omg they are out of their minds. Who in their right mind would buy this when you can rent it for a fraction of the cost?

Wow, this is a riot. Let's find a good comp for this at a similar quality building, say, The Metropolitan on 90th and 3rd (arguably a better location for quaintness but not as close to the subway). Building is a few years older but same quality finishes. No views, but tell me which you would choose....
