I am going to guess is a blond chubby lady from Corcoran. Is a nice building with a huge laundry place. I have been living here for a few years. Prices have gone up though and there is a board application fee of a couple thousand bucks. The walls are kind of thin so if your neighbor is quiet, you should be fine.

I had an incredibly rude, nasty rental agent too (Kersti). I would expect better from Citi Habitats, where I've had some really wonderful agents (at other buildings).
The Continental building itself was ok, smallish rooms, some nice views from the apartments.
