Thanks! I spent the past week obsessing over a math puzzle with the answer e, so I might be ok with eccentrics, seek them even.

Bridge is one of those languages that are dying out and therefore the older speakers are thrilled to have newbies around. So you can also brave your way into one of the clubs, only to find out that the people are very very nice.

I can recommend books too, but I think it's better to meet people first, because they're so helpful.
