$250/month N. 8th Street, Wmsbgh. I should have bought the building, with garage that had recently been converted into landlord's apartment...I would have unconverted it.

I did keep my first place. A co-op studio on 5th Ave and 9th St. It's vacant at the moment (except for occasional visiting relatives) but we sublet every couple of years.

but will the coop wipe your ass and give you money for groceries? or will the relatives that stayed a few times give you the premium cat chow?

Meh, seeing how people treat each other when you get old....
