No doorman, next to a bodega, with noisy crosstown bus right outstide. I don't know why anyone would want to live there.

Several months ago my husband and I had the same concern regarding the doorman. We were not at all concerened about the area, it is full of life and its not on a dark street and the finishes wowed us. Now that we are living in close proximity we kick ourselves for not renting at 208. My friends live in a vitual doorman building and they love it, I personally saw it in action and it alleviated any and all of my fears and for those who have a dog, it works great!
