Multiple Sales at 1641 Third Avenue

There's not any particular reason, it's a wonderful building. The Second Avenue subway noise is minimal and has subsided for the most part. Reasons of which I know: people relocating for work; moving to the suburbs while the market there is cheaper; and, property taxes and maintenance are increasing.

agreed great building but due to the number of rentals, i don't think apartments really appreciate. you're never going to get rich buying there but its perfect for young families.
