Discussion about
financial markets vs. re mkt? stock mkt vs. re prices, mortgage rates vs. re prices, crb vs re prices, etc...? since you come from a trading background, i was just curious.
Noah. Not Jonah.
He's too busy buying pony farms in ct as a hedge against being forced to buy something in nyc by his wife and kids to update his blogs and or create frequency trading platform for nyc re.
I guess when you make 6% on either side of a trade, it's always a good time to trade and you can never trade too frequently.
at this time, no. We have so many tools that are in development and on our roadmap, that we hope to et to all these kinds of things. All in time. I have a list of 30 new kinds of charts, some of yours included, but right now we have to update our subscription payment system and build a white label branding tool for subscribers. Then we have to add coop, condo, townhouse dynamic charting ability. Then we need to update our chart user interface for this new input. Then we have to build our comparable sales section - the next big project. So, the feedback is great and I thank you, but unfortunately this is all coming out of my pocket with subscription fees helping out a bit for future dev. If I had a full time staff, I can get this whole project done in 4-6 months.
"being forced to buy something in nyc by his wife and kids"
never a dull moment w67th

I think we know how things work at Planet of the Apes
sorry "Noah" - aging sucks - and i'm not that old!
...that's a lot on your "to do" list.
:) never indeed.....
no worries Vintage! the mission is ongoing, i LOVE the challenge. The site will be consistently updated and enhanced with new tools for the foreseeable future. Just keep tabs on it
Word is that Noah did the amazing horn charts for Neil Peart's backing on Letterman the other night.
Peart plays a drum set the size of the Starship Enterprise:
10 skins, 12 cymbals, a synth-pad; all while double bass drumming.
Got a feeling that w67th is gonna do a fun comment on that info.
In this new world of RISK ON RISK OFF every risk asset becomes correlated. Until Recently the S&P 500 had near perfect correlation to the Japanese Yen Ausie dollar exchange rate.
love that solo in Tom Sawyer
urbandigs: I knew that you would get it.
He's the best precision drummer.
