building at 151 East 80th Street

Don't be fooled. The renovated apartments look great but this building is a real disappointment. There is no luxury here. Management turns off hot water for renovations frequently. Elevator is ancient and constantly breaks down. Forget about getting any repairs done. We've had enough and can't wait for our lease to be up so we can move out.

Renter Beware!!

This building is run by slumlords (http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2012/06/06/answers-still-few-as-goldfarb-properties-avoids-discussing-bronx-fire-escapes-fiasco/) who happen to own a building in a prestigious zip code. Goldfarb Properties has a sense of entitlement and no regard for providing services to their tenants. There is ongoing construction that causes constant water shut-offs, main elevator shut-offs, noise pollution for tenants, and uncomfortable living conditions. Permits posted at building is evidence of the construction.
