Discussion about 448 Greenwich Street #4
Thoughts on this unit / building for any who have seen it? Does this get priced as a 1BR given the size of the "home office" even though it is windowed? How about the attractiveness of "North Tribeca" vs. further south?

Freebird, I think legally this is a one bedroom as that second bedroom is on the lot line not to mention it is too small to be a legal bedroom. I love the light there though and the Ponti owned site to the south will likely be held for a while. Many new condo projects will come to that area....

Interesting. How would I find out about lot-line / what buildings may go up that would hurt the views and light?
