hi all - are there any buildings with outdoor/rooftop pools that sell memberships to non-residents? preferably upper east side but open to any. thanks so much.

I have been living on the upper eastside for close to 20 years and have never heard of that. Your best bet is to join a gym with a pool

300 e34ths st is a rental building with a rooftop pool that I believe offers outside parties membership.
