Is it possible to find a 450 ft condo with low cc/tax for around $750 a sq ft in Manhattan up to 100 st? I am a cash buyer.

Your budget is $337,500 for a studio condo south of 100th St? An approximate 400 sf prewar studio condo traded in that range in 2009. Now the same building has an offering just shy of $400k.
