Loyalty when using a broker to buy a condo

Discussion about
I have seen several apartments in a particular building with one broker,am I obliged to tell him when I have made an appointment to see another condo in the building? I did previously send him an email asking to set up an appointment but he never got back to me. Should I ask him to come to the viewing?

You can use whom ever you like to see the property. If you are unhappy with the service they are providing you can use someone else if you like better. I have a lot of clients who come to me looking for help bc they are not happy with the service they are getting from another agent
