I searched the discussions, but didn't find much information about the building at 20. W. 64th? I saw a great apt, but I'm unsure about the building. Can any current or former residents provide any info? Any plans on updating hallways? IS this building mostly rentals from pre condo conversion? Would u recommend to buy in this building?

The tenants brought a lawsuit against the sponsor, Millstein. I don't know if it was settled.

thanks,nwt, i saw that thread, but there is very, very little info on the building. Anyone one else have any insight?
