Quality of Extell Development Buildings

Discussion about 31 West 11th Street in Greenwich Village
I am purchasing an apartment in Extell's 31 West 11th Street. I am curious if anyone has experience or can comment on the level of quality in thier construction and finishes. Since the building is from 1910, it's closer to what they've done at The Stanhope (995 Fifth) than any of the new Westside buildings. Any feedback would be appreciated.
