Discussion about 200 East 69th Street in Lenox Hill
After 20 years, the facade could use cleaning: http://img.streeteasy.com/nyc/image/90/19519490.jpg Is there some kind of covenant that prevents the condo from getting rid of the bright brass Trump marquee, and becoming plain 200 East 69th?
