Discussion about 429 Greenwich Street #5A
Great location and decent price given size but has anyone seen this apt? Does it face a brick wall (north)? How is the building overall? I guess, what are the reasons why it has not been rented already?

If it's on the 6th floor or higher, then it has an open view over the buildings on Vestry St. If lower than that, then it looks into a courtyard.
