Does anyone have any experience owning, renting, or living in this building? Any info would be appreciated

Great building -- friendly staff...bought there about 18 months ago and live there...love the building.

Maint is high for a well run building. What is up with that?

Electrical plant is directly across on 64th Street. Lot's of pigeons on windowsills, and they fly across the electrical lines back and forth all day. Block across the street on 64th filthy with pigeon and dog poop. I wouldn't even think of owning, renting or living in this bldg., or near it. The only plus is Gourmet Garage next door.
