does anyone know what is happening with this building - too much inventory? Additionally, how is the quality of the apartments?

the realtors that reside in the building brought the prices down--nothing wrong with the building--just the realtors.

Tax abatement probably ending.
Too much inventory on the RSVD.
100's of units on that block will compete to the endless bottom.
Rushmore & Aldyn were priced better with more amentities, newer, tax abatement, etc.

Large number of investor owned properties from day one. Hurts financing for resale and real estate values. One could speculate some of those investor units were intended to be flipped and became shadow inventory as well.

realtors move into all new buildings in the hopes of profiting from the first wave of sellers. Over time they move out and into newer buildings. It's a double edged sword, you may not like the "eat(chose your own word) where you sleep" mentality but at least you have a pool of talent to tap should you decide to sell.

if you're at all sensitive to smoke or have children, the smoking in the building is a huge huge problem here.

Where can people smoke?? Aren't there tough no smoking rules from Bloomberg?
Is it more of an enforcement problem?

What's the pet policy?

Does anyone know about the pet policy? Are small dogs welcome? I have a small Havanese and wanted to make sure he would be welcome and happy.
