Discussion about
I've been reading all the great advice on SE for awhile now, but haven't yet had the courage to write :-) My question is - in this market, let's say for a $600,000 1BR in the UWS, how low can a buyer go in terms of an offer, percent-wise? What is considered absurd, and what's considered reasonable? Given that I've seen quite a few threads regarding co-op boards rejecting based on price - want to know what the pulse check is for the market as it stands.
