The building as described doesn't match 166 Duane/25 Hudson, and no units that small (or even close) in the building.

Similar scam in 12 West 72nd (want deposit before showing unit). Too bad because $3500 / month for a 1500+ sq ft apt on the park is a pretty good deal :-)
