Wrong unit, w81st. The listing was #2A, what you posted was #2AA. ;).

They wish it was a different unit. They repainted it white, staged it, and called it AA instead of A to try to conceal the history. Same width-of-the-building layout, and the pictures show same view of THs across WEA.

Usually, the second listing adds a bedroom and/or bathroom as part of an altered floor plan. In this case, I don't see any difference.

One other humorous difference - 2AA doesn't have a floorplan (because that would involve having to photoshop off the extra A from the 2A floorplan. Stay classy broker world

Oh, and guess what? It showed up today in the times as a new listing as of today. Of course the add from last week is still there as well last I checked. Let's recap; the first broker told us "Last chance" and then the next broker staged it up correctly including the "look, it's new" song and dance. As a seller, I would be concerned by now.
