the same team handled 4A, which recently closed, but wasn't a particularly stellar result (although it was speedy) given its earlier sale price in mid-2005. 4A seems to have been in better condition and, obviously, the extra couple of floors didn't hurt.

I saw several comments posted by the already drunk in the afternoon aboutready, since she returned from her vacation. I don't respond to her. I don't post comments directed at her.

And THAT gets her angrier and more frustrated.

People can read for themselves. It's always aboutready and/or her bully gang members who post onto threads where I am posting comments and starting their crap with me.
