can,t be true. the smart money on streeteasy has the manhattan market in the toilet and the world ending soon.

Remember, we're talking 3% increases off of some low numbers... commercial market got hit hard... crains put out some 50% down numbers previously...

what has to happen before prices rise?

supply has to shrink. same thing happened in the rental market. look at rents now.
