Has anyone seen this unit? Any thoughts on why it has been in the market for about a year? Could banks not loaning be the issue?

Note that the listing says in one place it is one bedroom, and in another 3 bedrooms -- two do not have windows.

I have been in this building many times. Taxes are high, perhaps because it is only 3 apartments. This building/area has improved dramatically after a rough few years. A parking lot next door was built up, taking out its side windows. There was a litigation with a former commercial tenant who since settled and sold the commercial unit. And, this block used to be club central until they were all chased out a year or two ago.
