Don't waste your time. Sales agent neglect to tell prospective buyers that construction will not be completed until February 2012. Developer is inexperienced and not well funded. Purchasers would take a huge risk in the developer having sufficient funds to complete. Also risking that the construction will be completed on time and with the promised finishes. Above all, we found it incredibly odd that the units do not come with washer and dryer. Why would they skimp on such an item? Made us question what else they are skimping on.

@ Greatguy: it's a new development, did you think it would be ready sooner? I went to visit these apartments and when asked the agent clearly stated that it would be ready in February, they were not trying to hide that fact. When i saw, they were diligently working on the units. I'm more concerned about your comment that "developer is inexperienced and not well funded". Do you have any inside information on that you can share?
I too found it weird that they are only offering the washer dryer hookups and not the machines...but to each their own. it's a way to keep sales price lower.

Anyone else see these apartments? what were your thoughts?
