Wow! This is way overpriced given the location is in the middle of nowhere.

I couldn't disagree with newyorker08 more. The Sedona is located on a very nice block in an up-and-coming neighborhood. It is in close proximity to subways, buses, major highways, and bridges. Lastly, for a condominium in Manhattan, it's a steal.

The last units have not sold because you can get similar places for similar PPSF farther south in East Harelm or closer to subway lines all over Harlem. See for example exactly Lexington/110th, right on top of the subway station and otherwise the same:

See just as far east, but 15 blocks farther south, and thus much more gentrified area - PLUS a private terrace, same price-ish:

Here is a 2/2 one block south and another block west (closer to the subway) for barely more. That's a whole extra bedroom and bath!
