Does anybody know what rental rules are in this bldg? Also, what history of maintenance increases are?

maintenance levels looked reasonable up till now.
I wonder how the maintenance on buildings with commercial space will change in the short term.

any current owners care to share experience living here lately? Is the Lucerne across the street impacting life in this building?
