What is the name of that sheet that one uses to evaluate buyers, I can't for the life of me think of the name of it, its that 1-2 page doc buyers fill out and then you look and determine whether they are suitable/have enough assets/would likely pass board yada yada. More important, where can I find one on the web and when do I ask people to fill it out (after they've made an offer I am interested in is what I am assuming). I am going to go FSBO in the next yr for my coop and getting all my ducks in a row well in advance.
