Yup... arrogant bastards at the Edge. Oh, and one correction. It's not doing so well... lot of hype and the location is simply crap. I felt like I was living next to a factory. I wouldn't touch this building with a ten foot pole.

So I assume you spoke with the receptionist, not an agent, correct? The agent I met with was great and the others seemed nice, but you may have had a bad experience with the receptionist. Don't let it deter you. Also, you can disregard the haters--the building and the area are wonderful. The new waterfront park so so nice, and they're still going to further develop the East River State Park. I'm still looking around, but those are my two cents, good luck!
