http://streeteasy.com/hamptons/sale/623198-house-east-hampton-north-east-hampton just paid <600K 1 month ago -- re-did kitchen & baths only (not high end) and trying to get $300K+ more. + lower level a basement with <7 ft ceilings & not EH north, but in northwest woods. Dream on!

meant -- just paid <$600K 1 month ago... Bedrooms are all in a basement 2 feet below grade with under 7ft ceilings & the only thing that was renovated (not high end) was kitchen & baths... Also house is on busy corner...
