Discussion about
Hi, Can anyone recommend a good real estate firm in Brooklyn? I want to put my South Slope co-op up for sale, and I'm looking for a good broker who will price it correctly for a quick sale. I was thinking about going with Corcoran because they seem to be the biggest sellers in the neighborhood, but they are firm on the 6% broker's fee. Should I go with a smaller firm that will negotiate with me on the broker's fee, or should I just bite the bullet and pay the 6%? Any advice? Thanks!

Hello Lilly456,

My colleagues and I are part of the Triumph Property Group's Brooklyn Team who reside in the neighborhoods of Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Bed-Stuy (among others). We can do just as well and better than the big boys and girls so please give us a call and we'll be happy to meet with you discuss
what you want and to see if we can be of assistance. As a small firm, we can certainly be flexible and still give you great value and our team's expertise.
