Unfortunately, borkers are very sloppy about how they list such things, so there's no easy way. You can click "advanced" and then either "amenities" and select "public or private outdoor space", or "description includes and then type "terrace" or "balcony".

used to be until they merged it with common ones. SUcks. But the reason is so many stupid brokers would list here with "private" spaces that were really common.

I've been searching with that. 80-90% of the ones it finds are private, and the floorplan makes it pretty clear pretty quick.

Or you can simply join Truth at the East Hampton house that isn't hers yet as a weapon she invites total strangers to all the time, where Accuweather says the RealFeel tomorrow will be 102 degrees, but that's at the Village center, closer to the ocean, where it's not as hot as in the East Hampton hinterlands where her pot is always aboil and her dog is always apee on a tree.

Yes Id be going crazy now if I were still in the market.
It was very convenient.

Jason
Yes except that was maybe 10% of the listings. Better to weed out 10% bad ones rather than now having to go through 100% listings.
