Looking to buy a small condo for rental income. What kind of un-levered cash yield after expenses (cap rate) or $ rent psf should I expect in today's market? Let's assume the condominium is a full amenity building in North Williamsburg.

it depends on the size apartment you are looking for and what rents in the building have been historically
